Setting Up Your Team

A team is your workspace in DevShip. Everything — organizations, projects, issues, members, and billing — lives within a team.

Team Settings

Access team settings via Team Settings in the navigation. From here you can:

Rename the team
Manage members and invitations
Configure API tokens
Set up outbound webhooks
Enable or disable the client reporting portal
Manage billing and your plan

Billing & Plans

DevShip offers multiple billing tiers. Higher tiers unlock additional features:

Time logging — track hours spent on issues
Comments — discuss issues directly in-app
Triage — surface unassigned issues for review
Client portal — share progress with external stakeholders
Reporting — organization-level reporting dashboards
Roles & permissions — granular access control beyond member/admin

Billing is managed from Team Settings → Billing.

Deleting a Team

Team deletion is permanent and removes all associated organizations, projects, and issues. Only the team owner can delete a team. This action cannot be undone.
