Organizations
An organization is the second level of the DevShip hierarchy, sitting between a team and its projects. Organizations provide a way to segment work — typically by client, department, or product area.

Purpose
Organizations allow a single team to manage work for multiple clients or business units without mixing their data. Each organization has its own set of projects and its own member access list.
Common uses:
- One organization per client (for agencies or consultancies)
- One organization per product or service (for product teams)
- One organization per department (for internal tools teams)
Organization Access
Team members can be granted or restricted access at the organization level. Admins always have access to all organizations. Members only see organizations they have been explicitly added to.
Triage
The Triage view is available per organization on supported plans. It aggregates all issues across the organization that have a status of triage, allowing managers to review and assign newly-created or escalated issues from a single screen.
Triage is accessible from the organization's main navigation tab. Issues can be assigned, re-prioritised, or moved to open status directly from the triage view.
Client Portal
When the client reporting portal is enabled for a team, external clients can be invited to view organization-level data (hours, issues, reports) without having a full team member account. Client portal access is managed per organization.
